Car air freshener

0

For the longest time, I have been using this car freshener from Glade.  My friend told me about it, he used it, and I liked it so I bought it.  However, for the last few months, no matter where I go, I just cannot find it.  I’ve been to Target and Walmart, both places that I used to go in order to purchase them, and I just can never find them there.  I went to Amazon, and while they did have them there, it was something like 7.50 for each refill after shipping.  Now, I’m not necessarily opposed to paying that price.  However, just out of principle, I will not do so because I’ve been paying between 2 and 3 bucks all these years and I’ll be damned if I am going to more than double that price!

So, my question to everyone.  Do you currently use any air freshener for your car?  I might try it if you like it.  I’ve tried a couple other ones I saw at Walmart and I didn’t like them.  They smelled decent when I bought them, but when I put them in my car, they just didn’t smell as nice.  I also tried buying this one I bought in Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights.  I actually like the smell of it, however, once I put it in my car, I found out that unless I put it right under my nose, I couldn’t smell anything.  It might as well of been a cup of water for all the smell it gives off.  I always keep the inside of my car clean, so it doesn’t smell bad.  It just doesn’t smell good!  So, any nice recommendations?
